Chocolate mousse Creamy Chocolate


  • 4 cl CARUMBOLA Creamy Chocolate
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cl cream


  • Separate the eggs
  • Mix sugar and yolks, beat until white and then add CARUMBOLA Creamy Chocolate to the mixture
  • Boil water, break chocolate in bowl and melt in a bain-marie, then stir chocolate into the mixture
  • Whip egg whites until stiff and fold into mass
  • Beat cream to yoghurt thickness and mix in mass, leave to set in fridge
